We’re seeking a hands‑on HR Generalist to join our Las Vegas team as the primary HR partner for our U.S. employees. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys operational ownership, can work independently, and wants room to improve processes, drive practical HR projects, and positively shape day‑to‑day employee experience. As the key HR contact for the U.S. team, you’ll manage day‑to‑day HR operations, support employees and managers, and take the lead on our ADP workflows and HR systems.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of HR generalist experience
  • Ideally hands-on experience with ADP (Workforce Now preferred)
  • Strong employee relations and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational and communication abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Fluency in English and Spanish

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main HR contact for U.S. employees and managers.
  • Provide guidance on policies, employee relations, and daily HR questions.
  • Support performance management and contribute to engagement initiatives.
  • Organize employee events, celebrations, and recognition activities.
  • Act as the ADP expert, managing workflows, reporting, troubleshooting, and system accuracy.
  • Partner with payroll to ensure timely and accurate processing.
  • Maintain HRIS data accuracy and support reporting and analytics needs.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve HR operations.
  • Administer benefits programs including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and life insurance.
  • Oversee leave cases (FMLA, ADA, personal leaves) and ensure proper documentation.
  • Manage vendors, open enrollment, billing, and reconciliation.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
  • Manage workers’ compensation and return‑to‑work processes.
  • Collaborate with Global HR to align policies with U.S. operational needs.
