The Human Resources Manager plays a critical role in supporting PPSWO’s mission by ensuring that human resources practices, policies, and systems are equitable, compliant, and aligned with organizational goals. This role manages the full employee lifecycle and day-to-day HR operations, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, payroll, benefits administration, compliance, and credentialing. Serving as the primary HR leader for the affiliate, the Human Resources Manager partners closely with leadership and staff to foster a positive, inclusive, and legally compliant workplace culture across multiple sites. Why PPSWO? At Planned Parenthood Southwest Ohio, human resources are more than policies and processes—it is people-centered work that directly supports access to essential healthcare. HR at PPSWO helps ensure that employees, providers, and volunteers are supported, treated equitably, and equipped to deliver compassionate, high-quality care to the communities we serve. This role plays a vital part in building systems that promote fairness, accountability, belonging, and operational excellence in a complex healthcare and nonprofit environment. As Human Resources Manager, you will be a partner with mission-driven leaders and staff, navigate meaningful and often sensitive workplace issues, and help shape a culture rooted in dignity, equity, and trust. If you are motivated by work where your expertise directly supports patient care, staff wellbeing, and organizational sustainability, PPSWO offers an opportunity to make a real and lasting impact.
