About The Position

We are conducting a confidential search for an HR Site Lead to support one of our on‑site operational facilities. This individual will serve as the primary human resources presence at the location and will be responsible for delivering hands-on HR support while establishing consistent processes and standards. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused workplace and is eager to build structure within a growing, evolving environment.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience in HR operations and employee relations
  • Experience managing payroll, with ADP Vantage strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated success in full-cycle recruiting and hiring
  • Ability to build and implement HR processes and procedures
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced production environment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in manufacturing or similar operational settings
  • Familiarity with Nobi 4 or related HR systems
  • Exposure to performance management programs and HR compliance activities

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the on-site HR point of contact, providing day-to-day support to employees and leaders
  • Process weekly payroll using ADP Vantage and address payroll inquiries
  • Handle employee relations issues, including investigations, documentation, and follow-up
  • Support full-cycle recruiting and hiring for site-level roles
  • Develop, document, and implement HR Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Maintain a consistent and visible presence on the production floor
  • Build trust with employees and promote open communication
  • Partner with site leadership to support workforce planning, culture, and employee engagement
  • Ensure HR policies and practices are compliant and consistently applied
