The Human Resources Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This position oversees the daily operations of the HR department including managing employee relations, compliance, benefits, enforcing company policies and practices, performance management and training and development. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for confidential and time sensitive material and must be familiar with a variety of human resources and legal concepts, practices, and procedures. This position will be responsible for all Precision Build Companies and entities. The Human Resources Manager will report to the Chief Financial Officer and work closely with all departments within the company.
