How Will You Make An Impact? We are seeking an experienced and highly engaged HR Manager to lead the Human Resources function at our manufacturing facility in Gurnee, IL. This is a critical role responsible for driving a positive employee experience, strengthening leadership capability, and ensuring the site has the HR support needed to operate effectively and safely. The HR Manager will serve as a trusted advisor to plant leadership and will partner closely with the Regional HR Director to deliver strategic initiatives. This role oversees all core HR processes including employee relations, talent development, workforce planning, performance management, compliance, and culture-building efforts. The HR Manager will also provide day-to-day guidance and mentorship to our HR Business Partner and support the ongoing development of the HR team. Location: This role will be based on-site at our Gurnee, IL facility. What Will You Do? The HR Manager is a key member of the site leadership team and is responsible for delivering comprehensive Human Resources support to our manufacturing facility. This role ensures the site has the right HR leadership to foster a positive culture, support operational excellence, and drive business performance. The HR Manager partners closely with plant leadership, provides coaching and guidance on people-related matters, and leads the execution of HR initiatives that strengthen our workforce, leadership capability, and employee experience. This role oversees all core HR functions including employee relations, talent development, performance management, compliance, staffing, and workforce planning. The HR Manager will also mentor and support the development of the HR Business Partner and broader HR team to ensure consistent, high-quality HR service delivery.
