The Human Resources Manager is directly responsible for the overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of the human resource function. The position also involves managing talent management processes, annual compensation reviews, overseeing payroll, leading facility communications, and acting as a key member of the global HR leadership team for strategic planning and special projects.
