Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of HR experience, ideally in distribution, warehouse, or logistics; experience in an automated or AI-driven facility is a strong plus.
  • 5+ years in a supervisory HR role supporting a large hourly workforce.
  • Working knowledge of Nevada Labor Law.
  • Experience managing high-volume recruiting and onboarding for operational roles.
  • Familiarity with OSHA, workers' compensation, and leave administration.
  • Strong communication skills across all levels, from floor associates to senior leadership.
  • Enthusiasm for technology and innovation in a fast-moving environment.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.

Nice To Haves

  • PHR/SPHR certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting and onboarding tailored for a high-volume, tech-forward distribution environment.
  • Drive new hire orientation, paperwork, benefits enrollment, and safety training for employees working alongside AI-powered systems.
  • Serve as the primary HR partner for DC leadership across all shifts, providing timely updates on headcount, performance, and employee status changes.
  • Manage employee relations, including grievances, performance evaluations, attendance, and conflict resolution on the floor.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal and state labor laws, OSHA standards, and wage and hour regulations.
  • Guide managers through disciplinary actions, training, and employee meetings with consistency and confidence.
  • Be the go-to resource for employees on benefits, PTO, payroll changes, and personal information updates.
  • Oversee FMLA/ADA claims, Workers' Compensation, and leave administration.
  • Administer all benefit plans including 401(k), medical, and dental.
  • Manage the full termination process including documentation, separation agreements, and final paychecks.
  • Support seasonal hiring ramps, temp-to-hire programs, and staffing agency partnerships.
  • Partner with Safety and Operations to build a culture of safety and reduce turnover in a high-tech facility.
