The Human Resources Manager is a hands-on functional leader and trusted business partner responsible for driving all aspects of Human Resources management across the Trebor business unit. This role blends operational excellence with strategic leadership to support business goals, employee engagement, compliance, and organizational growth. The HR Manager oversees talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, payroll and HRIS, employee relations, compliance, and leadership development while fostering a culture of inclusion, collaboration, and high performance. This role will report directly to a Trebor Business Line Leader and functionally to the VP of HR for the Intelligent Water Platform.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Human Resources leadership experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of HRIS, payroll, benefits administration, and compliance.

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years in an HR leadership role.
  • Experience with Workday HRIS and Kronos payroll systems.
  • Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR).

Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning Develop and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and reference checks.
  • Build relationships with recruiting agencies and community partners.
  • Design and continuously improve the employee onboarding experience.
  • Compensation, Benefits, Payroll & HRIS Lead compensation planning and annual salary review processes.
  • Oversee payroll administration and time and attendance systems.
  • Serve as subject matter expert for HRIS and payroll systems.
  • Manage benefits programs and leave administration including FMLA and disability.
  • Employee Relations & Compliance Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives and action planning.
  • Act as liaison for workers’ compensation claims management.
  • Participate as an active member of the site Safety Committee and manage safety data as needed.
  • Organizational Development & Leadership Partnership Partner with leaders on talent development and succession planning.
  • Coordinate training, leadership development, and performance management processes.
  • Coach leaders to enhance effectiveness and employee performance.
