This Opportunity: The Human Resources Manager supports the execution of human resources policies, processes, and systems under the direction of the Senior Human Resources Director. This role provides day-to-day HR business partner support and ensures consistent application of HR processes that support staff, the people we serve, and the organization’s mission. The Human Resources Manager will support the Senior Human Resources Director in the management of HR strategies aligned with organizational goals, such as conflict resolution, promoting a positive work environment, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The HR Manager focuses on operational excellence, accurate execution, documentation, coordination, and timely follow-through. The role escalates complex matters to senior HR leadership as appropriate.
