About The Position

Precious Care ABA is a growing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) provider offering in-home and center-based services. We are expanding rapidly and are seeking an experienced ABA-focused HR professional to lead and manage our Human Resources department. We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented HR Manager with direct ABA industry experience to oversee all HR functions. This role will be responsible for compliance, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR systems across a growing clinical workforce. This role is NOT entry-level. Prior ABA HR experience is required.

Requirements

  • 2–3+ years of HR experience specifically within an ABA company
  • Direct experience supporting:
  • RBTs, BCBAs, BTs, Clinical Supervisors, and administrative staff
  • Strong understanding of:
  • BACB requirements
  • RBT onboarding, training, and supervision compliance
  • Credentialing, recredentialing, and tracking certifications
  • Experience with multi-state or rapidly growing ABA organizations preferred
  • Knowledge of labor laws, HR compliance, and employee relations in healthcare

Nice To Haves

  • Experience scaling HR processes in a growing ABA organization
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems, payroll coordination, and benefits administration
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage confidential information

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the entire HR department and HR processes
  • Lead onboarding and offboarding for all clinical and administrative staff
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with BACB standards and company policies
  • Maintain accurate tracking of:
  • RBT certifications
  • BCBA licensure
  • Training requirements
  • Background checks and clearances
  • Develop and enforce HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook
  • Handle employee relations, corrective actions, and performance management
  • Partner with leadership to support hiring growth and retention strategies
  • Oversee HR systems, documentation, and reporting
  • Serve as the main HR point of contact for staff and leadership
