As we continue to grow, we are looking for an HR Manager who will play a crucial role in implementing HR policies and strategies and managing day-to-day HR activities. This strategic partner will not only implement HR functions but also ensure that our commitment to employee well-being remains at the forefront of our operations. Position Summary The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing critical HR functions, including but not limited to employee recruiting and onboarding, payroll, performance management, and compliance. The HR Manager reports to the HR Director and is relied on as an in-office asset at our corporate location. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in HR leadership, a strong understanding of industry best practices, and a commitment to creating a supportive and inclusive workplace.
