Position Overview We are seeking a Bilingual HR Manager to support and lead key human resources functions across our organization. This role will focus on employee relations, compliance, performance management, and HR operations, ensuring a positive and productive work environment. This is a hybrid position, requiring a combination of in-office presence and remote work flexibility. Note: This role is strictly focused on HR operations and will not include recruiting or talent acquisition responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality
  • Experience with HRIS systems (iSolved or similar preferred)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting employees in construction or field environments is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted partner to employees and leadership on HR-related matters
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies
  • Support onboarding, employee engagement, and retention initiatives
  • Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and employee records
  • Partner with leadership to support organizational development and workforce planning
  • Oversee HR reporting, documentation, and internal audits
  • Assist with benefits administration and employee inquiries
