Summary: The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for providing the full scope of HR advice, guidance, and support for the site. In this role, the chosen candidate will drive strategy, integrate, and develop processes that meet business needs across the organization, be involved in long-term planning, and manage complex issues across multiple functions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • 5+ years’ experience in Human Resources experience preferred

  • PHR or SHRM CP preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Experience in areas such as mediation, EEO compliance, and litigation
  • Demonstrated experience in making strategic HR decisions, assessing leadership talent, and effectively interfacing with and coaching high-level business and operations leaders

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and expertise across all HR functions, including employee relations, benefits, compensation, engagement, training, organizational development, and communications.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Guide performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, labor regulations, and organizational policies.
  • Manage leave programs (FMLA, PTO, statutory leaves), maintain accurate records, and communicate policies to employees and supervisors.
  • Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, including orientation, exit interviews, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers on job requirements, recruitment, interviews, and offer management; support workforce planning and succession strategies.
  • Maintain accurate employee data in HRIS systems and provide key metrics to support decision-making.
  • Address and resolve employee relations issues to promote a compliant and equitable work environment.
  • Maintain compliance with data privacy regulations and ensure the confidentiality of employee information across all HR processes and systems.
  • Stay current on HR trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies.
  • Serve as liaison with contract labor suppliers (if applicable).
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
