Seda is seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources professional to support and lead key HR functions across our organization. This role plays a critical part in shaping our workplace culture, strengthening employee relations, and driving HR initiatives that support our company’s strategic goals. The ideal candidate is energetic, positive, and passionate about creating a great place to work. The HR Manager will partner with the HR team across a broad range of HR functions, including organizational design, employee relations, employment law, compensation, benefits, recruiting, HRIS, talent development, compliance, training, and payroll.
