Responsible for all human resources policies and programs, including compensation and benefits administration, labor relations, employee relations, record keeping, training, equal employment opportunity (EEO), organizational development, staffing, safety, security, and employee communications for the assigned location. The salary range for this position is $84,825.00-$141,375.00. The compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. This position is bonus eligible with a target value of 10% of salary.
