The Human Resources Manager leads and directs the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department. This role maintains a significant focus on facilitating and addressing employee relations and performance management issues, assisting with the training and development of our Leaders, facilitating all facets of the leave management process, reviewing, assisting with interpretations, and executing the termination process following company policies and procedures. This role will also assist as a backup support resource for our California locations. While this role has focal points today, assignments are subject to change based on the needs of the business. The incumbent should be able and willing to assist in all facets of Human Resources as needed. The Human Resources Manager reports to the Senior Vice President Human Resources and supports and drives efforts across the Enterprise.
