ROLE DEFINITION As a member of the Qnity Americas HR Team, you will have an opportunity to provide Human Resource and Labor Relations leadership and support to multiple sites in Delaware (Newark/Wilmington) and New Jersey (Deepwater and Parlin). You will be relied upon to lead and deliver HR programs & processes to employees and leadership teams while providing guidance in Human Resources and Labor Relations areas. In this role you will work closely with other members of the Americas HR Team, our Centers of Expertise, and our Business HR teams to help shape the overall work experience of our employees and leaders. You will promote a work environment focused on exceptional opportunities, experiences, and helping each employee to create a connection to our purpose. You will leverage your strategic skills to develop proactive, forward-looking plans to drive continuous improvement in the employees’ experience and business results of the site.
