Serves as a role model to other HR consultants and may function as a team leader. Provides in-depth content expertise and project management in the design, development, and/or implementation of human resources programs, policies, and practices. Readily assumes leadership responsibilities and functions autonomously in a leadership role with institutional leadership, customers, and within the HR department.
