About The Position

Join our dynamic team as an HR Manager – Generalist, where your 15+ years of experience will be pivotal in leading and supporting HR functions to drive our company’s growth. Candidates based near or open to relocating to one our East Coast office locations are preferred and will be expected to regularly travel to various other Delve Underground offices. This position will report to the HR Director.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles.
  • Advanced expertise in HR strategies for talent attraction, retention, and culture development.
  • Professional certification such as PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent required.
  • Strong project management, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, delegate responsibilities, and hold staff accountable.
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office and relevant HR software.
  • Ability and willingness to travel to Delve Underground Offices.

Nice To Haves

  • Successful implementation of HRIS/HRMS systems including Paylocity or Deltek Vantagepoint integration is advantageous.
  • Active participation in professional societies or committees is encouraged.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead advanced HR initiatives that support organizational goals.
  • Demonstrate initiative, creativity and sound judgment to solve complex HR projects and personnel issues.
  • Assist with communication of HR engagement and initiatives across the Company.
  • Represent the Firm at local and regional functions to strengthen industry relationships.
  • Make strategic decisions with current and future HR implications in mind.
  • Actively participate in Company ownership and strategic planning.
  • Direct and manage HR projects requiring support staff and resources.
  • Develop and lead discussions, workshops, and training sessions on HR initiatives.
  • Stay current on HR trends, methods, and developments.
  • Ensure quality standards and strong attention to detail for deliverables produced by HR teams.
  • Identify new HR and client engagement opportunities.
  • Provide input and support for company-wide strategic initiatives.
  • Mentor and train HR staff to develop technical and leadership skills.
  • Interface with internal and external stakeholders on HR and communication strategies.
  • Deliver projects on time, on budget, and within scope.
