About the Role: The CrowdStrike Launch Internship Program is an exclusive early-career opportunity designed for exceptional sophomore level students (Class of 2028). This program offers hands-on experience across several HR teams, including Talent Readiness, Talent Operations Intelligence and Enablement, Talent Brand, HR Data Analytics, and Employee Experience. The HR Launch Internship is fully in-person, requiring attendance at the CrowdStrike Sunnyvale, CA office three to five days per week for the duration of the program. Time Commitment: Interns are expected to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, during standard business hours.

Requirements

  • Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, Marketing, Organizational Development, Communications, or a related field graduating in 2028.
  • Eagerness and willingness to learn new skills and relate them to HR use cases
  • Strong academic performance in relevant coursework
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Nice To Haves

  • Leadership experience in a student organization
  • Prior experience in operations, HR, or service-oriented roles
  • Experience with design and content tools (i.e. Adobe Suite, video editing tools)
  • Familiarity or willingness to learn SQL, analytic visualizations, and database solutions
  • Project management skills with the ability to stay organized while managing multiple work streams
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments
