Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent, and currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)

Nice To Haves

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Intermediate proficiency with SharePoint and the ability to navigate, update, and organize content effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Solid analytical and writing skills, with the ability to translate data into clear insights and recommendations.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the HR team to support day-to-day human resources operations
  • Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, system updates, and new hire coordination
  • Support timekeeping and attendance tracking to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Assist in employee relation concerns and investigations
  • Help maintain employee records and assist with routine HR audits
  • Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, including communications and engagement events
  • Provide support for training coordination and on-site HR programs
  • Collaborate with HR team members on administrative and operational initiatives
  • Participate in special projects that support business objectives and enhance the employee experience
  • Complete additional duties and projects as assigned
