Requirements

  • Currently pursuing an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Business, HR or related field
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with new hires, candidates, and team members.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks such as onboarding, scheduling, and training coordination.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive HR data with professionalism and discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and a willingness to learn HR systems.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
