About The Position
Brewer Science, Inc. is a major innovator of high-technology solutions for the semiconductor / microelectronics markets. We are currently seeking a purpose-driven candidate with an ownership mentality to fill an open position as a Spring 2026 Human Resources Intern (part-time, 15-20 hours per week). This position will be in Rolla, MO. Summary: Support the Brewer Science Human Resource Team across the following functions, in addition to other assigned responsibilities.
Requirements
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Communication, or Business (or related fields)
Responsibilities
- Support the development and updating of HR policies, procedures, and documentation.
- Assist in the planning and execution of HR projects, including recruitment, employee engagement, and training programs.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including managing HR databases and preparing reports.
- Provide general support to the HR team and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Participate in supporting of on-site events hosted by the Human Resources Team
- Assist with Professional Development system maintenance and clean up
- Update and reformat internal intranet and SharePoint pages
- Safeguard and maintain the confidentiality of all records handled
- Participate in Brewer Science’s Intern Program
