About The Position

Join a Mission-Driven Team LSS is excited to offer an opportunity for a Human Resources Intern to gain practical, hands-on experience in a mission-driven organization. As part of a team dedicated to supporting children, families, and communities, this role is designed to help you build foundational HR skills while contributing to meaningful, impactful work. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED, is required.
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, is required.
  • Willingness to submit to record checks to detect criminal convictions of behavior harmful towards children, spousal abuse, distributing drugs or sex crimes.
