As we grow to expand our impact to protect 500 million people from violence, we are seeking a Human Resources Intern to join the 202 6 S ummer Internship class. The Human Resources Intern will support the Global People Support team , which is responsible for managing global compensation and benefits, employment policies, global mobility, global info rmation systems, and HR metrics and analytics. The Human Resources Operations team ensure s seamless HR operations, support s mission-driven projects, and drive s innovative solutions to enhance productivity and support IJM’s people . The Human Resources Intern will gain hands-on experience and relevant professional experience in the field . This position can be fully in-person or hybrid (onsite Tuesdays & Thursdays) i n the Washington, DC area or remote for non-local candidates . It reports to the Global Director , HR Operation s . The position requir es 2 0 - 4 0 hours per week , primarily during the hours of 8:30 am -5:30pm EST. S ummer i nternship program dates are J une 1 – A ug . 7 , 202 6 .
