About The Position

We’re looking for a driven, curious, and people-focused Human Resources Intern to join our team and gain real-world experience shaping how organizations attract, engage, and retain talent. This isn’t a “shadow and observe” internship—you’ll contribute to meaningful projects, collaborate with experienced HR professionals, and help power initiatives that directly impact our employees and business. You’ll get hands-on experience across multiple HR functions, including: Talent Acquisition: Help identify top talent through job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and candidate engagement Employee Experience: Support onboarding, orientation, and initiatives that enhance engagement and culture HR Operations: Assist with HR processes, documentation, and systems (HRIS exposure included) Projects That Matter: Partner with HR leaders on real initiatives—not busywork—that influence how we hire, develop, and support our teams This is more than an internship—it’s a launchpad. Requirements

  • Currently pursuing (or recently completed) an undergraduate or graduate degree
  • At least a sophomore at an accredited college/university
  • Passionate about people, workplace culture, and learning how organizations thrive
  • Organized, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Eligible to work in the U.S.
  • Available ~15 hours/week for 10 weeks starting June 2026 (flexibility in scheduling)
  • Able to work from our Hunt Valley, MD location (reliable transportation required)
  • At least 18 years old
