About The Position

2026 Auctane Summer Internship Program:

Eligibility:
Must be currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or graduate university program. Students graduating in May 2026 are not eligible for the program
Duration:
Paid, 9-week internship
Schedule:
40 hours per week, with the exception of the week of July 4th.
Program Dates:
June 9, 2025 — First day of onsite orientation
August 13, 2025 — Final day of the program
Location:
Hybrid role based in Austin, TX
In-office: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday Remote: Monday and Friday
Interviews:
Interviews will be conducted on a rolling basis through March 31st
About the team
This is an internship role within the People team. At Auctane, the People team impacts every step of the employee experience while strategically working with leaders to deliver business results

Requirements

• A self-starter who can work within a dynamic team environment to troubleshoot and problem solve effectively
• Someone who demonstrates a high level of ownership and follow through
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting & Talent Acquisition: The art and science of finding the right people for the right roles.
• Learning & Development (L&D): Building the "university" within the company to help employees level up their skills.
• Compensation & Payroll: The strategy behind competitive rewards and the delivery of timely and accurate pay.
• Employee Relations: Providing organizational support to managers and employees so that they can be their best at work.
• Systems & Analytics: Leveraging data to track organization effectiveness and understand the impact of business decisions.
