About The Position

As a Human Resources intern at LG Energy Solution, you will support to optimize  HR functional productivity and workflow of HR department.

This position will be responsible for work that includes:

Requirements

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration-Junior or Senior
• Minimum GPA requirement of 3.0 GPA or higher
• Excellent communication skills: verbal, written, presentation
• Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Ability to work flexibly and adapt to new task and projects
• Strong attention to detail with high degree of accuracy
• Ability to handle sensitive information while maintaining high degree of confidentiality

Responsibilities

• Support HR department with administrative tasks including data entry, filing, spreadsheets and reports
• Update ERP systems with training records
• Support recruitment process
• Coordinate onboarding for new hires
• Perform other duties as assigned
