Overview: Summer Interns complete a 10 week internship centered around professional development, career growth and building the necessary skills to succeed. Summer Interns participate in projects and department initiatives that accelerate career growth and play an important role in building the future of the Bank. As an Intern, you will gain exposure to other departments through guest speakers and industry leaders and a built-in network with peers as well as priority consideration for full time opportunities throughout the Bank. Team Overview: The Compensation team supports the organization by providing clear and timely information that helps employees understand their compensation programs, pay structures, and the tools available for reward and recognition. Internship Experience: The intern will be fully onboarded alongside other employees to ensure meaningful contributions and hands-on experience. They will support several active projects, gain insight into the annual compensation cycle (August–February), and develop a comprehensive understanding of the team’s role and processes. The internship also includes exposure to broader Human Resources functions. Key Projects: Eligible Earnings: Review corporate bonus eligibility and best practices. Market Adjustments and Increases: Assist in evaluating market adjustments and compensation increases. Process Discovery and Analytics: Conduct analytical work and document compensation-related procedures.
