About The Position

The HR Intern supports the Human Resources team in daily operations, talent processes, and employee experience initiatives. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates who want hands‑on exposure to HR functions in a fast‑paced, people‑focused environment. The intern will gain practical experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, compliance, and HR administration. This is an in-person position.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with HRIS tools is a plus.
  • Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with full‑cycle recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
  • Support onboarding processes by preparing new‑hire materials, coordinating orientation sessions, and ensuring smooth transitions for new employees.
  • Maintain employee records and help update HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Participate in HR projects such as engagement surveys, recognition programs, and culture initiatives.
  • Conduct research on HR best practices, policies, and trends to support team initiatives.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department as needed.
