What You Will Work On · Support the launch of Antunes’ Global Listening Strategy · Design, build, and implement surveys, regular feedback tools and reporting functionality in Paycom · Upgrade idea management approach and tools · Partner with HR and business stakeholders to conduct needs analysis and present solutions · Recommend improvements to enhance employee experience What Success Looks Like · Feedback tools fully launched with analytics in Paycom · Pulse checks, Q&A program built, deployed, and analyzed · Functional idea submission and review process · Clear communication tools supporting the listening strategy deployed What You Will Learn · Stakeholder engagement & influence · Project and change management fundamentals · Hands-on experience with technology enhancements · How HR uses data to improve culture, engagement, and equity · Exposure to employee relations and real-world HR operations Why Join Antunes? Requirements

  • Proven experience working in an office environment.
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
  • Studying toward a degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
  • High school interns will be considered based on relevant skills and interests.

Nice To Haves

  • Working knowledge of U.S. labor laws is a plus.
  • Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Helps prepare any HR related Word, PowerPoint, and Excel documents
  • Develops experience by working on a wide variety of HR projects
  • Works side-by-side with experienced HR team
  • Organizes and attends company meetings and events
  • Updates any internal databases as needed
  • Assists with recruiting efforts including, interviews and orientation
