Position Overview: Program Overview Our 10‑week paid Summer Internship Program runs June 1 – August 7 and is a full‑time (40 hours/week) experience based in Duluth, MN. Interns gain real‑world exposure through hands‑on work, lunch & learns, ELT conversations, and a final project presentation. Role Overview The HR Intern will support people‑focused initiatives that shape the associate experience. This role is ideal for someone who values relationships, inclusion, and helping others do their best work.

Requirements

  • Currently a junior or senior or a recent graduate
  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • Interest in people practices, culture, and employee experience
  • Able to work full‑time, on‑site in Duluth, MN for the duration of the program
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail

Nice To Haves

  • Retail experience is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Support a variety of HR teams and initiatives, which may include HR Business Partners, Total Rewards, HRIS, learning & development, and our HR Support Center
  • Assist with projects, process improvement efforts, and day‑to‑day operational support
  • Help prepare communications or resources that support the team
  • Partner with team members across HR to learn how people practices support the business
  • Contribute to a final capstone project that reflects your learning, growth, and impact
