About The Position

Agiliti interns are talented students who crave learning new skills and are not afraid to tackle big projects. As an intern, you will have an opportunity to collaborate with multiple teams, work on real and meaningful projects and gain practical experience in your field of study. At the conclusion of your internship, you will present your project to senior leadership. The Human Resources Information Systems Intern will gain hands-on experience with Workday, a leading Human Capital Management system, while supporting the implementation of AI technology designed to streamline HR tasks and improve the employee experience. Ideal candidates have an interest in technology, AI, and Human Resources. Internship is full-time, 40 hours per week. Must be onsite Tuesday and Thursday in our Eden Prairie Corporate office.

Requirements

  • College student pursuing degree in an applicable field of study, ideally Technology and Human Resources Information System
  • Must be available for the duration of the program, 5/26/26 - 8/14/26
  • Must be able to multi-task and handle fast-paced work environment
  • Excellent follow-up and attention to detail

Nice To Haves

  • Ideal candidates are in their Junior or Senior year of their Bachelor program, or pursuing an advanced degree
  • Comfort with Excel (V-Lookup, Pivot Tables)
  • Interest in Technology, AI, and HR
  • Strong Customer Service Mindset

  • Self-starter and ability to work independently
  • Able to maintain a high level of confidentially and professionalism
  • Technical skills: Microsoft Office Suite
