The Human Resources Information System (HRIS) Manager role is an integral part of the information team, ensuring the effective use of Workday, KIPP DC’s HRIS, as a system administrator on the info team supporting the broader HR and overall talent team. The starting salary range for this role is $78,436-$85,256. This is a full-time, hybrid flexibility role based at HDQ with an anticipated March 2026 start date. About the Role The HRIS Manager will serve as a systems administrator for Workday, KIPP DC’s HRIS, and will use this expertise to improve how Workday is being utilized to increase the efficiency of the HR team. In addition, the HRIS Manager will compile and analyze data for staffing initiatives, such as teacher retention. This exempt role will report to the Director of Enterprise Systems.
