The Human Resources department is looking for a human resources business partner to support with various strategic and professional level duties including strategy implementation and analysis, associate relations, and compliance as well as talent review and development. The HR Business Partner will support and collaborate with key business partners across a variety of insurance disciplines. The pay range for this position is $70,000 - $100,000 annually. The position and pay determination is based on the applicant's education, experience, location, knowledge, skills, and abilities. Eligible associates may also receive an annual cash bonus and stock incentives based on company and individual performance.
