The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for the day-to-day support and functions of the Human Resources department. This role completes a variety of duties including, but not limited to, support for onboarding, new employee orientation, HRIS system processing, personnel file maintenance, regulatory compliance and fostering employee engagement programs. With the HR Director this role provides additional support to training, performance management and sensitive employee issues with the highest degree of professionalism and confidentiality.
