About The Position

The Human Resources Generalist will work closely with the Director, Talent and Operations to complete all administrative and day-to-day HR tasks for the organization. The HR Generalist will also help with other general administrative tasks as needed. Come join our world-class team! Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field preferred
  • 1-2 years of related HR experience
  • Knowledge of employment law and regulations
  • HRIS experience
  • Exceptional organization skills and strong attention to detail
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Self-motivated with ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Team player, positive attitude, and ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to self-direct, anticipate roadblocks, meet deadlines, and prioritize among competing goals
  • Professional and able to maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to work onsite at both West Valley and Lehi locations as needed

Responsibilities

  • Support recruiting efforts including formatting and posting job descriptions, screening applicants, and scheduling interviews with hiring managers
  • Manage the full onboarding and new hire paperwork process for new hires
  • Maintain employee personnel records in both a paper format and in the HRIS
  • Credential mental health providers with insurance companies and upkeep insurance paneling and rosters
  • Support benefits enrollment and reconcile benefit statements
  • Support semi-monthly payroll processing preparation and act as backup for processing payroll
  • Support the offboarding process of employees
  • Contribute to process improvement of HR policies such as onboarding and offboarding.
  • Support maximizing full utilization of the HRIS
  • Provide administrative support to the Director, Talent and Operations
