The Human Generalist will serve as the primary support to the Human Resources department and will be responsible for a wide variety of HR functions (onboarding, benefits enrollment, wellness program, and employment verifications) in a fast-paced environment. This individual will handle a wide variety of sensitive and confidential support functions and will also serve as a liaison with internal and external audiences. They are responsible for collecting, prioritizing and screening internal and external HR correspondence. Additional duties include managing HR records, assisting in the preparation of projects, research, and various highly sensitive and confidential correspondence, schedules, and administrative reports. SDI Presence Offers: A Competitive Salary range: $70,000 - $90,000/year Base salary may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Requirements

  • At least 4 years of comprehensive Human Resources experience spanning multiple functional areas.
  • Two years of college-level course work with emphasis in office management or administration and 5+ years of experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • Excellent proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Exceptional business communication and interpersonal skills, including accurate spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining confidentiality and working proactively and independently.
  • Dependable and able to adapt his/her work schedule to the requirements of the position.

Responsibilities

  • Plans, organizes, and sets priorities regarding daily activities and administrative functions.
  • Lead employee engagement activities
  • Manage employee wellness program
  • Lead the onboarding process to ensure a smooth and engaging new‑hire experience
  • Administer company health plans
  • Provide backup support for payroll processing and related functions .
  • Oversee company training.
  • Design and implement employee survey initiatives to support SDI Presence’s organizational insights.
  • Performs AdHoc Reporting in HRIS system as required
  • Backup to Human Resources Director and Payroll Administrator
  • Performs other related duties as required and assigned
