The Human Resources Generalist plays a critical role in supporting employees and leaders across Sahm’s Hospitality Group. This position is responsible for the day-to-day execution of core HR functions including onboarding, payroll support, benefits administration, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. The ideal candidate is approachable, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused, with a high level of integrity and sound judgment. This role partners closely with managers and the executive team to ensure a positive employee experience while supporting compliance, consistency, and a strong company culture across all locations.
