About The Position

The Valley Health System has expanded into an integrated health network that serves more than two million people in Southern Nevada. Starting with Valley Hospital Medical Center in 1979, the Valley Health System has grown to include Centennial Hills Hospital Medical Center, Spring Valley Hospital Medical Center, Summerlin Hospital Medical Center,Henderson Hospital and Valley Health Specialty Hospital, newest facility, West Henderson Hospital. Job Description: Responsible for assisting in the management of the following functions: employment, Policy & Procedure interpretation, day to day employee relations, and record-keeping/compliance for employee files.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business/Human Resources Management.
  • Five years progressively responsible human resources management experience.
  • One year of experience in an environment with a union presence preferable.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Federal and State laws
  • Computer proficiency to include word processing, spreadsheet, database, and HRIS.
