About The Position

We are looking for a temporary, part-time HR Generalist to join our Mesa, AZ team during a high-volume onboarding push. This is a hands-on, in-office role built for someone who knows ADP inside and out, thrives in a fast-moving environment, and does not need a lot of direction to get things done. If you are the type who spots what needs to happen and just handles it, we want to talk. This engagement is a few months in duration, with real impact from day one.

Requirements

  • Hands-on ADP experience is required
  • 3-6 years of prior experience in an HR Generalist or HR Coordinator role
  • Working knowledge of onboarding processes, benefits administration, and HR compliance
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities without losing details
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working independently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) a plus
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred

Responsibilities

  • Process new hire onboarding and documentation for 20+ employees
  • Support day-to-day HR operations and serve as a responsive resource for staff questions
  • Administer benefits enrollment and coordinate with carriers as needed
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity in ADP
  • Assist with I-9 verification and E-Verify compliance
  • Coordinate with leadership to keep onboarding timelines on track
