At Townsquare Media Group, we’re seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join our corporate HR team. This is a true generalist position where you’ll gain exposure to all aspects of Human Resources while supporting employees and leaders across the organization. From employee relations and HR operations to payroll and compliance, this role offers the opportunity to build a well-rounded HR foundation and grow within a dynamic, fast-paced company. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong customer service mindset with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Highly organized, responsive, and proactive
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn across multiple areas of HR

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and manage employee records, ensuring accuracy, organization, and compliance with company policies and applicable laws
  • Administer and oversee the company’s 401(k) program, including employee communications, vendor coordination, and issue resolution
  • Support leave of absence processes (FMLA, ADA, and other leaves), partnering with employees and managers to ensure a smooth and compliant experience
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for employee questions, providing responsive and professional support
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes to deliver a seamless employee experience
  • Partner with HR leadership on employee relations matters, investigations, and key HR initiatives
  • Support benefits administration and day-to-day HR operations
  • Prepare and maintain HR reports and metrics to support business and compliance needs
  • Help ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and employment laws
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to ongoing HR projects
