As a key member of the People Services Team, the Human Resources Generalist provides centralized HR Support across a wide range of functions. This position provides first-line support to employees and managers on HR policies, processes, and transactions. The HR Generalist plays a critical role in ensuring consistency, compliance, and operational efficiency across HR service areas including employee relations, HRIS administration, benefits, leave management, onboarding/offboarding, regulatory compliance, and policy interpretation. As part of the People Services Team, this role collaborates with Centers of Excellence (COEs), HR Business Partners, and other functional departments to deliver seamless and scalable HR services to the organization. As part of the People Services team, the HR Generalist also contributes to special projects as assigned by the manager, which may include process design and improvement, procedure documentation, and other initiatives that enhance HR operations and service delivery. The role will initially be 5 days per week on site and once fully trained, could possibly be 1 day remote per week.
