About The Position

The Human Resource Generalist (HRG) is responsible for fostering a positive work environment by managing employee relations programs and ensuring compliance with employment laws. This role serves as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, addressing workplace concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting organizational policies and practices that support engagement and retention. The Human Resources Generalist performs administrative tasks and services to support effective and efficient operations of the organization’s human resource department.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Associates degree or higher preferred in Human Resources or related field.
  • 1 or more years of experience working in an office environment or in a customer service role is required.
  • General knowledge of employment laws required.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software required.
  • Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn human resource information system (HRIS) and similar computer applications required.
  • Valid identification required.

Nice To Haves

  • Notary Public or ability to obtain a Notary Public preferred
