The HR Generalist is responsible for new hire on-boarding and training; manages payroll, benefits, and incentive compensation plans; tracks and reviews KPIs with each team member to identify opportunities and implement innovative solutions; develops and oversees Performance Improvement Plans as needed; and performs quarterly performance reviews. This person serves as a strategic advisor to senior management on HR-related policies and disciplinary procedures, while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. They also communicate company initiatives and other critical information to team members, and support team member development and coaching initiatives.
