We have several volunteer opportunities throughout the year. POSITION SUMMARY: Our HR team is expanding! The Human Resources Generalist will be a key member of the HR team. This role is designed to support both hourly and salaried recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training, and compliance, while promoting our Company's Core Values: Teamwork, Respect, Integrity, Winning Spirit, and Sense of Urgency

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a business-related field.
  • Minimum of two years of professional HR experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems (Paycom preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and work on cross-functional teams is a must.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with OSHA and safety compliance is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Full-cycle recruitment and onboarding
  • Administer HR programs and ensure compliance with FLSA, ADA, EEO, and other employment laws.
  • Conduct investigations and support disciplinary processes.
  • Coordinate employee development and training programs.
  • Maintain HR documentation and support audits.
  • Assist with employee engagement events and HR initiatives.
  • Occasional travel to other locations and trainings may be required.
