The Human Resources Generalist is a senior, hands-on HR role responsible for executing core human resources functions while serving as a trusted partner to executive leadership. This position directly supports one of our CEOs and their teams, providing day-to-day HR guidance and operational support, while maintaining alignment with organizational HR strategy through a dotted-line relationship with the Director of Human Resources. This role is well-suited for an experienced HR professional who thrives in a startup environment, operates independently, and is comfortable managing complex HR matters without direct reports.
