Under the direct supervision of the Vice President of Human Resources, the Human Resource Generalist will carry out the daily functions of the Human Resources (H.R.) department, including recruitment, hiring/onboarding process, and interviewing staff, scheduling the new staff members for training, and entering of a high volume of employment records into our human resource information system (HRIS). The H.R. generalist will also assist with payroll, administering compensation benefits leave, and enforcing company policies and practices.
