The Fountains, a beautiful senior living community, is seeking an HR Generalist to support in all aspects of human resources. In this role, you'll ensure compliance with policies and employment laws, assist with recruitment, onboarding, training, and benefits, and partner with management to address associate relations and performance. You’ll play a key role in fostering a positive workplace culture while ensuring that associates are supported and equipped to provide exceptional care to our residents.
