The bilingual Human Resource Generalist will be the point person in the administration and facilitation of the daily functions of Human Resources (HR) at Fischer & Wieser. The HR Generalist will undertake a broad range of HR-related responsibilities including talent attraction, hiring, training and development; employee engagement and performance; compensation and benefits; HRIS & payroll administration, compliance; and health and safety. You will also support company managers and leaders in making people-related decisions that involve every aspect of the employee life cycle. The HR Generalist’s day-to-day priorities and responsibilities will be shaped by the needs of the organization and will vary in scope and impact. From administrative support to project/program design, you’ll have opportunities to advance your knowledge and apply your unique skills.
